Hydraulic Power Supply
The Hydraulic Power Supply furnishes the Exciter Head with its hydraulic pressure, flow and filtration requirements. Xcite Hydraulic Power Supplies present a unique approach to meeting the fluid power requirements of the exciter heads. Each unit is transportable and self-contained to permit use at virtually any test site, yet its low noise characteristics make it equally suited for laboratory use. Power supply control is located on the Master Controller for ease of use. All Xcite power supplies furnish 3,000 PSI of pressure and are available in models ranging from 1 GPM to 30 GPM.

1001P Field Test HPS
The 1001P Hydraulic Power Supply is designed for portable field testing where high displacements of an Exciter Head is not necessary. The 1001P HPS provides up to 1.2 GPM (5 l/m) of flow at 3,000 PSI to operate the 1100 Series Exciter Systems. The unit is air cooled and can operate on either 110V or 220V single phase power.
1201B Laboratory HPS
The 1201B Hydraulic Power Supply is designed for laboratory testing and is generally used to power the Xcite 1100 and 1200 Series Exciter Heads. The 1201B HPS provides up to 5 GPM (20 l/m) of flow at 3,000 PSI and is air cooled for ease of use in the laboratory. Power requirements are 200/220/380 or 440V, 3 phase 50/60 Hz power.
1301B Laboratory HPS
The 1301B Hydraulic Power Supply is similar in design to the 1201B HPS except its flow capacity is 15 GPM (60 l/m) at 3,000 PSI. It is generally used to power the 1300 Series Exciter Systems which require large amounts of flow due to their larger size, force and stroke capabilities. The 1301B is air cooled therefore requiring no water supply or drain in the laboratory for system cooling. Power requirements are 200/220/380 or 440V, 3 phase 50/60 Hz power.
1302C Laboratory HPS
The 1302C Hydraulic Power Supply provides up to 15 GPM (60 l/m) at 3,000 PSI of flow like the 1301B. Its main difference is that it is water cooled therefore requiring the laboratory to have both cool water supply and drain capability. It is also used to power the larger Xcite 1300 Series Exciter Systems. Power requirements are 200/220/380 or 440V, 3 phase 50/60 Hz power.
The 1502C Hydraulic Power Supply is designed to operate very large exciter systems requiring large amounts of hydraulic flow. It is capable of up to 30 GPM (120 l/m) of flow at 3,000 PSI. The unit is water cooled like the 1302C HPS and requires cool water supply and drain for operation. Power requirements are 380V or 440V, 3 phase 50/60 HZ power.
